Interesting Facts
The wine is produced from a blend of four grape varieties harvested in the Krainer, Bielacker, and Steinriegel vineyards. Fermentation lasts from 7 to 12 days. The wine is aged on its lees in large oak barrels, each holding 2,000 liters, for six months before bottling.
