Another hit from the Czech winemaker Milan Nestarech! Vineyards are located on sandy and loess soils, cultivated using organic methods of viticulture. Fermentation of wine takes place in acacia and oak barrels, with short aging in them. Wine is bottled without pasting and filtration, light sediment is possible.
