Interesting Facts
This blend of three varieties is made from grapes harvested in the Finca Las Mercedes vineyard, with sandy soils that are very poor in organic matter, forcing the vines to root very deeply, creating complex, deep flavours and aromas. 25% of the wine is aged in oak for 8 months.
