Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested from several vineyards of the estate, which are located at an altitude of 850 to 1450 meters above sea level in Mendoza. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats under strict temperature control. Post-fermentation fermentation lasts about 2 weeks. Next, the wine is sent to French oak barrels for 8-10 months before bottling.
