Interesting Facts
Malbec grapes are harvested from the Finca la Encerrada, Gualtallary, Tupungatu and Uco Valley vineyards, located at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level. Before fermentation, the berries are subjected to cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 25°C. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
