Interesting Facts
Malbec grapes are handpicked from vines over 25 years old. For production, exclusively first-press juice is used. A third of the wort is fermented at low temperatures. This is followed by classic fermentation in steel vats with a further 30-day malolactic fermentation. 70% of the wine is aged for 12 months in small American and French oak barrels.
