Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Pinot Noir and Zweigelt varieties grown in the on-site vineyards of the Nestarech family. Fermentation takes place in huge, 1,500-liter oak vats. Further, the wine is aged 1000-liter oak barrels for 16 months. After aging, the wine is not filtered, but is immediately bottled.
