Interesting Facts
This Pino Noar is made from grapes grown on the slopes of Cat-de-Bon and Cat-de-Nyu. The diverse exposition and height of the grapevines can be seen in the glass of the existing mosaic of schoolchildren. The apparent age of the grape vines provides wine with intense concentration. 30% of the wine survives in dry bottles from 8 to 12 months.
