Interesting Facts
This delicious Puligny Montrachet is fermented in oak barriques for about 2 months. Further aging of the wine takes place in oak (25% new) on the lees for about 12 months, then another 2 months the wine rests in stainless steel vats. Before bottling - light filtration.
