Interesting Facts
The wine is made from a blend of Muscadelle, Chenin Blanc and Colombard varieties. To ensure a low alcohol content, the grapes are harvested at an early stage of ripeness. The resulting must undergoes short-term maceration in contact with the skins, which allows the natural aromas of the berries to be transferred to the future wine as much as possible. The fermentation process stops when the required alcohol percentage is reached. Before bottling, the drink is filtered and stabilized at a low temperature.
