Interesting Facts
This magnificent Spatburgunder is made from grapes harvested from areas with a special type of soil - gypsum caper (variegated-colored rocks with gypsum inclusions). East winds bring cold air and are responsible for the large difference between day and night temperatures, which contributes to slow ripening. The vines are about 30 years old. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, only the best bunches are selected. Maceration lasts 2 weeks and takes place in small oak barrels. Excerpt wine also takes place in oak (French barriques) and lasts 14 months
