Interesting Facts
Legend has it that the first grape harvest took place around the time Mendoza was founded. It was then, in 1858, that the Hereford cattle arrived in Argentina from England. The Torrontes grape is harvested entirely by hand. After cooling and delicate pressing, the must is fermented in steel.
