Interesting Facts
The grapes of the Moscato and Cortese varieties are collected from various plots of the estate, cultivated in accordance with biodynamic practices. Fermentation begins in stainless steel vats, after which the still unfermented wine is bottled, where fermentation ends, saturating the wine with carbon dioxide. The wine is not filtered and does not contain sulfites.
