Interesting Facts
IVAG is a dry white wine made from the Cortese grape variety. Organic practices are followed in the vineyard and cellar, with minimal intervention in the natural process. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in oak barrels at 25 g/l at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in the same barrels for 5 months. No filtration is performed before bottling, so natural sediment may be present.
