Interesting Facts
The Cortese grapes come from the Montemarino vineyard, located on one of the highest hills in the Gavi region. Before fermentation, the wort undergoes daily maceration. Fermentation takes place in oak vats with a volume of 25 hl. It is also aged there on fine lees for 11 months. No sulfites are added during bottling. The wine has enormous potential for white wines - more than 15 years.
