This biodynamic wine is made from Cortese grapes grown in the company's vineyards in the Gavi region. Alcoholic fermentation lasts on average 15-20 days and takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C in stainless steel vats. The process of maturing wine on lees lasts about 3-4 months, after which the wine is stabilized at low temperatures and bottled.
