Ambrosie is the perfect embodiment of the freshness and power of Chardonnay combined with the warmth and roundness of Pinot Noir. The grapes are harvested from the vineyards of two subregions of Champagne - Côtes de Blancs and Montagne de Reims. After secondary fermentation, the wine is aged on lees for 3 years. 100% Grand Cru, voluminous, aristocratic and “wine” in style.
