Interesting Facts
Cannubi is positioned as a Grand Cru vineyard in the Barolo region. This is an extraordinary wine in terms of style and elegance. The incredibly high quality of the grapes harvested on the Kannubi hill is the result of the unique composition of the soil with a high percentage of sand (up to 45%). Thanks to the low content of potassium, calcium and magnesium, the wine acquires a refined, deep color. The wine is aged in large oak barrels for two years, with further aging in bottle for another 14 months.
