Interesting Facts
The area of Sainte-Loin, on the western side of the Chinon appellation, is where most of the estate's white varieties are harvested. The vineyards are located on plateaus and slopes with predominantly clay and limestone soils. Exposure - north/east, south/west. The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After delicate pressing, the juice is fermented at low temperatures. The wine is aged in steel on fine lees for 3 months.
