The taste is elegant, fruity, rich in notes characteristic of these grape varieties. Very nice and steady.

The aroma notes of ripe black berries are interspersed with tones of licorice and mulberry, which in turn resonate with the aromas of vanilla and spices, acquired by aging in barrels.
Gastronomy:
The wine will make a wonderful pair of game, fried red meat, as well as cold meats and cheeses.

“Conde de Valdemar” is the Bodega Waldemar flagship line, corresponding to the traditional Rioja assortment line, in which it was possible to successfully combine the fruity character of the wines with the advantages that provide long aging in barrels.
