Pinot Grigio is a grape variety that has found its ideal home in Trentino. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately transported to the winery, where, after pressing and a short cold maceration, the must undergoes fermentation in steel for 8 days. The wine is also aged in steel on fine yeast sediment.
