Interesting Facts
The wine is made from the Carmenere grape variety, harvested in the estate's vineyards in the Central Valley. After de-stemming, the grapes are delicately pressed. Fermentation lasts for 7 days and takes place in stainless steel tanks. Before release, the wine is aged briefly in the bottle.
