Interesting Facts
This wine is produced from a blend of five grape varieties grown in the Aconcagua region. The grapes are hand-picked into small boxes and then sorted twice. Each grape is vinified separately. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-30°C, with daily pump-over. Fermentation lasts approximately 19-25 days for Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Carménère, and approximately 6-8 days for Petit Verdot. The wine is aged for 22 months in French oak barrels (70% new), where malolactic fermentation also occurs.
