Interesting Facts
The Carmenere grapes are harvested from the vineyards of the Central Valley, destemmed and immediately pressed. All vinification processes take place in stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the skins for another 4 days to ensure complete extraction of aromatic substances.
