Interesting Facts
Situated between the Moulin-à-Vent and Chiroubles crus, the Fleurie appellation is one of the most famous of the ten Beaujolais crus. Gamay grapes are harvested from pink granite soils in the Les Côtes vineyard. The wine undergoes 18-day temperature-controlled semi-carbonic fermentation. Aging in steel lasts 22 months.
