The grapes for Mister NO are collected from several plots located near Quencier, west of Brouilly, as well as in the Blasse region, famous for its fruit wines. The name of the wine indicates that no sulfites or artificial yeast are used in the production process. Also, the wine is not clarified or filtered, so there may be some sediment in the bottle. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel for 7 months.
