Interesting Facts
This biodynamic wine is made from Cortese grapes grown in the Madonnina vineyard in the Gavi region. The local limestone-clay and marl soils are ideal for growing Cortese. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September. Alcoholic fermentation lasts an average of 25 days and takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. After aging, the wine is bottled and left to rest in the bottle for another 6 months before release.
