Interesting Facts
The large temperature differences between day and night, the limestone soils and the western exposure of the hills of the Ghemme area create an amazing terroir, ideal for the Nebbiolo variety. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After fermentation, the wine is aged in large oak barrels, with a capacity of 2500 liters, for 3 years. After this, the wine spends another six months in the cellar of the winery before being released for sale.
