This wine comes from 5 vineyards located around the village of Santenay-les-Hauts. These 5 terroirs are located within or as an extension of the Montagnes de Trois-Croix, which reaches an altitude of 521 meters (one of the highest peaks of the Côte d'Or). The wine is aged in oak barrels for 14 months (20% of the barrels are new).
