Interesting Facts
For the production of Amarone, the harvested grapes are dried for 120 days on wooden mats, as a result of which the juice obtained during pressing has an incredible concentration. After fermentation, the wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for 4 years. The wine also undergoes an additional aging in the bottle for about 24 months in the cellar of the estate
