Interesting Facts
The vineyards are located on the best plots of Alto Mincio. The harvest is exclusively manual, from the end of September to the end of October, depending on the variety. Most of the grapes are placed in small boxes of 4-6 kg in well-ventilated rooms and withered for 2 months. The rest is collected from the vines when the grapes are already overripe. Long fermentation of the must takes place in oak vats and barriques. Aging takes place in barriques for 2 years.
