The wine is ruby-garnet in color.
Taste:
The wine has excellent acidity and balance. Tannins are bright but well integrated. The finish is long and delicate.

Rich, elegant aromas with notes of raspberry, dark chocolate, pepper and licorice.

Grilled beef, game, aged cheeses.
Interesting Facts
The harvest is hand-picked from 12 hectares in Valpolicella Valpantena, at 400 meters above sea level, with limestone and marl soil. Fermentation takes place in steel. The second fermentation takes place with the addition of the pulp left over from the production of Amarone and lasts 10 days. The wine is aged for 2 years in large Slavonian oak barrels (25 hl).
