Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Corvina grapes using the “appassimento” technique, which involves partially withering the grapes until they lose 30% of their original weight. This approach allows you to achieve high concentration in the taste of the future wine. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks with strict temperature control.
