Waterkloof, Seriously Cool, Chenin Blanc is a light, pleasant New World wine, ideal for daily consumption and accompaniment of a daily meal. Ripe berries are gently pressed for two days, after which the resulting juice is fermented at low temperature and aged on the lees for several months. As a result, a wonderful light wine with a rich taste and aroma is born.
