Interesting Facts
Pinot Grigio is one of the main varieties in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. Here on the Alpine slopes, this variety produces rich, extractive wines. The harvest is harvested exclusively by hand and pressed in pneumatic presses. Decantation of the must takes place in stainless steel containers at a temperature of 15°-16° C. Fermentation takes place in the same containers at a lower temperature to preserve the bright fruity style of the wine. After fermentation is complete, the wine is aged on the lees for 6 months.
