The aromas are classic shale-based Riesling aromas - terpene oils, white pepper and jasmine flowers.

Interesting Facts
After pressing the whole bunches, the juice is left to settle overnight before being poured into stainless steel tanks for spontaneous fermentation. The wine is then skimmed off the heavy sediment and lightly sulphured on the light sediment, on which the wine is further aged in steel. The wine has a potential of 5 years.
