Interesting Facts
The grapes for Tedeschi's Amarone are grown in the eastern part of the region, on the Maternigo estate, where the vineyards are located on steep hillsides set in a unique natural amphitheater, protected by forests on all sides. Hand-picked grapes, withered for 4 months, fermented in stainless steel containers, aged for 3 years in large Slavonian oak barrels and six months in bottles.
