Interesting Facts
The vineyards are located on the best plots of Alto Mincio. The harvest takes place from the end of September to the end of October, depending on the variety. The harvest is manual, in boxes of 17 kg. Fermentation takes place partly in steel, partly in oak vats with constant delestage and remontage. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to age in oak vats for 6 months.
